Torist visa

Post by njabulo » Tue Jun 23, 2009 5:13 am

Hi guys,
I am a single mother of 1 and I intend to apply for a tourist visa this september for my fiance. We do intend to wed here so does anyone know if we stand a chance of getting the visa? I do intend to do an inland sponsorship thereafter. The reason i cannot go and wed back home is that when we landed here my son was travelling on a canadian travel document. So he doesnt have a passport and the document has since expired..i dont have the neccessary documentation that would enable me to get my countries passport so im waiting on our citizenship to go through before he can travel. Hes 5yrs old and i cannot leave him..it would be easier for my fiance to travel here. As well we have to go for dna with him because there is a 50% chance that hes my sons fatehr so we really need him here regardless of the wedding. Can someone give me some advice on how i should go about it. We require visas to enter Canada...please help...what documents do i have to submit to prove that we are wedding..is it neccesssary to get a marriage license and use it as proof..
