HSMP JR judgement for 2nd extension

Hello,

I am covered by HSMP JR for extension(Recd. HSMP before Nov 06)..I had my 1st extension and received Tier 1 visa.
.But in future i will need to apply for 2nd extension as i fall short by 2 months for ILR..So still will i be covered by HSMP judgement OR do i have to qualify as per Tier 1 points rule?
