Question about Section 3C - T4 for time period of salary

Question about Section 3C - T4 for time period of salary

Section 3C - T4 - In the time period which I am claiming my salary points I had worked at two jobs now should I enter start and end time period for both of them seperatelly or just enter the 12 month start and end time?

Ofcourse, they should be entered separately ... with 2 different start /end dates and salaries ...
