Section 3C - U1 - what document for UK experiance I need to provide as evidence, as I am already providing Employer proof of salary letter is it going to be enough?

I think, if you have your 'employment contract' from your employer, it would suffice.

If you have earned your salary in UK, your UK payslips is enough proof for the same.
