what to do about pages that need to leave blank or empty

Section 5 - question Z1 to Z21 are not applicable to me as I am applying by myself so should I dont need to attach these pages in the application form which I send to home office?

As mentioned earlier, put N/A for whatever is not applicable on you.

Make sure you do not miss any page of application form in your application even if it does not apply to you..

Agree. Dont remove pages as it increases the chances of removing some which actually are relevant (you can do so with utmost care if you are too fussed about it or hold environmental issues too close to your heart).
