Tier 2 switching jobs process

Hi there.

I would like to switch employers, have been on a workpermit for the past two years.

I know that i would first need a prospective employer that has a sertificate of sponsorship.


i would like to know what the process is that needs to be followed and the timelines. How long does it take for employer to get a certificate of sponsorship.

and what is the process of applying for FLR after getting the certificate.
