Child birth certificate

Post by RoshiSingh » Fri Jun 26, 2009 2:23 pm

I (with family) am in Uk on tier 2 (PBS), want to switch to tier 1. My son is 8 years old and will be sending his application with my application for processing.
Do i need to send his birth certificate too with the application? His birth certificate is in Hindi. Do i need to send the english translation from a professional translator of birth certifcate too?
Any help/pointer will be be greatly appreciated.

Yes, Birth certificate for the child and Marriage certificate for the spouse is necessary...

But having spouse's name in respective passports and parents name in child's passport can compensate to give logical reasons..

We still need to prove the above docs to be safe than sorry..

An english translation from a professional translator shd do the job..

Translation from you is not any good. Get it done bu someone who is authorised to do it or else go to your country's UK mission - they should offer such services.
