Council Tax on PSW? and Change in NINO???

Dear all

I have few questions...

Do we need to pay the council tax on PSW VISA?if, then how much?

Also can nyone advise on NI Number change in visa category issue

Do we need to inform the HMRC that our VISA catogory has been changed??

What tax will be deducted on PSW visa?
