Help for EC: Joint bank account

Hi,

I have got my HSMP approval and plan to go for EC now.

I have 2 bank accounts, one of which is Joint account with my father (I am the primary account holder)
Together, I have 6000 GBP.

Will the funds in my Joint account hold or I need some letter from my father stating the funds can be used for UK immigration?

Pls help...

Hi,

I would suggest getting a letter from your father saying that he will have no objection if u move funds to uk.

Will I also need a notary for that..? I mean how will they confirm the validity of the letter?
