Hi Devang,

Let me throw in some help..,

Rejection in HSMP is never a problem.., every new application is independent unless applicants mention previous references., which I think in most of the cases will be ignored. Well., in your situation, the easy way out might be to take up the WP your current employer is providing. WP also leads to ILR after 4 years..,

regards
kumi

kDevang,

Best to obtain the WP as it gives you a cushion while HSMP in progress as well as starting your ILR clock counter. If HSMP application is successsful then you may switch status. You may apply as many times as you wish for HSMP but this pointless if you do not meet the criteria.

Devang,

You are working as an Account Sales Manager, do you know of others who have been given work permits doing the same kind of work as you are? What skills, qualifications do you have?

If you are simply a salesperson, I do not see how a WP application can be successful in your case.

I believe HSMP would have been the best option for you but it appears that you do not meet the criteria.
