I am applying soon for an EEA Family Permit and there was a point or 2 which is not very clear to me and I hope someone can help.
The Form I am filling is this one http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/resources/en/ ... 03073/vaf5
On page 09 there is the section 8.6 named (Your EEA Residency) where you find this only one question:
8.6.1 Do you have a valid residence card or visa for an EEA member country? Put a cross (x) in the relevant box
If ‘Yes’ go to Part 9 - Additional Information. If ‘No’ you must complete the following sections
Concerning this question: I already have a Hungarian residence card valid for 5 years. Does this mean I go to part 9 directly and totally skipping part 8.9 Your Life In The UK and part 8.10 EEA National’s current finances and employment (Both are 2 pages later; page 11)
As I know from many forums and information from the http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk. They always ask about where and how will you manage your living in the UK.
I guess I missunderstood something though if this is the case it would help me getting rid of all the headache answering and prooving them

Can someone enlighten me of what am I missing in here?

Thank you in advance.
