Are there any specific docs required when entering the UK first time on Tier-1 visa with dependents

keep your docs used in applying for T-1 in your hand luggage. the ECO may ask for them. Likewise if you have latest TB certification it will be very handy as you and your family will not be hold up for a long time at the entry point.
