PSW after graduation but not yet received degree certificate

Hi Everyone,
I hav completed my masters in the UK n came back to India after submitting my dissertation. I didnt attend my graduation which was held in June as I was back home. I will be receiving my visa letter n transcript in a week or so but the university told me that I will get my original degree certificate to my home address only after 3-4 months. I was just wondering if I could apply for PSW Visa now wid only the transcript and the visa letter from my university.

Would be very thankful if anybody could help me out...
