Tier 1 General Form query

Hi,

I am in UK under HSMP (initial leave granted on 31st oct, 2008), I am applying for extension. In the application form under section 3 (page 30) question A,

An initial grant of leave to remain (switching) under Tier 1 (General)
An extension of leave within Tier 1 (General).

I assume I fall in the second category, please correct me if I am wrong?

yeah, thats correct, You come under second category since the first category is for in UK switching applications.
