ILR Info Required

Post by fahadz1 » Wed Jul 22, 2009 2:44 am

HI All,

As i have wrote in another thread that i have got extension.

Can please you people advise me what steps should i take to be eligible for ILR after 3 years.

I read in BIA website that total of 6 months is the limit in total of 5 years on Tier1 for eligibility.

I already spend 90 days in 2 years on holidays. So i think 3 months left for 3 years which is less for me i think.

is there any case where people have got ILR who stayed more than 6 months. If it was business trips what docs you require to submit to prove that it was a business tour ?

I know its too early to think abt ILR but i want to be prepare from now.

Any suggestion ???

The new rule is not yet passed. It is still under discussion. Path to Citizenship is one of the most hated rules.
