marrying with romanian

hi,
i am living in ireland on student visa and going to marry with my girl friend from Romania this year.
I just want to know will i get EU fam stamp4 in ireland?

Sorry, Romanian spouses are not qualified to apply for Stamp4 E.U fam at this moment.

EDIT: I think they are after 18 months of residence.

Romanian Nationals who do NOT need an Employment Permit
and
The spouse or dependants of a Romanian workers who have lived in Ireland with the Romanian worker for more than 18 months after
the accession of Romania to the EU.

It maybe that they might not need a work permit, but it's not clear if the DOJ will issue a Stamp4EUFam.

she has been in ireland since 2007, she is working part time,
and i am working too...so will i get eu fam 4
