PSW- 'to be' dependent already in UK

I have been in the UK since last 2 years on student visa, and getting married to a PSW visa holder

Would we/I have to go back to India to apply for dependent visa, or can it be done here only.

Can I as the dependent show the required funds - 533 pounds in my account, or its only in his account that he has show 800 +533 (for himself and me) ?
