earnings related

Post by krishnabs » Thu Jul 23, 2009 3:40 pm

Hi all,
I have a problem in past earnings for applying to HSMP tier1.
In past one year i 4 months salary was paid as cheques and rest 8months credited in to salary account (HDFC bank). But for the 4 months the cheques are credited to ICICI where i am showing my maintenance funds.

When cheques are credited , the bank statement doent shows the employers name on the statement.

How can i proceed with the situation. any suggestion gr8ly helpful.

regards,
krishna

if you can get a letter from your employer for the whole of the earning period you are showing will be very helpful:

in the letter put a table with

SalaryMonth==Gross==Net==Tax==Datecredited==ChequeNo

fill the chequeNo for those 4months and rest put BACS or directly credited?

And explain the same in the cover letter...

I think letter from the employer is the only best way along with bankstatements and payslips;

Yes. Employer's Letter will fill the gap here. Get details of all the payments months wise. You can skip the cheque no. if you do not remember it but rest of the details(as advice by tvn_ramesh above) would be needed.
Also you can use the same bank statement for earnings as well as for maintenance funds just mention this in your cover letter clearly and highlight it.
