Earning evidence --over 28 years

Post by mubbu » Thu Sep 29, 2005 5:48 am

Hi All,

Could somebody suggest/advise me on the evidence to provide for earnings. i am from India

1. I can provide the past 12months payslip with company seal and sign. But in the payslip they have "Total Earnings" and "Deduction" and "Net Payable".
How the HSMP team will calculate my earnings...which they consider my "Total Earnings" or "Net Payable"

3. If I provide my bank statement for the 12months period it will show the amount of only "Net Payable" which will confuse the HSMP team. So do I show them the bank statement as well?

2. I can provide a letter from my accountant relate to the past 12 months earnings. On his letter head.
Is this accountant should be my employer accountant or my personal accountant will do.? the letter should be on his letter head?
Do I ask him to show the breakdown of the salary and then calculate the Total Earning....or HOW....is there any sample available?

Could any experience guys can advise on the above.

Thanks in advance.

12 months pay slips on the company letterhead or signed by your finance dept with a company seal on it. 12 months bank statement with the salary credit highlighted., form 16 for the same and/or saral form stamped by the IT department. As the financial year just ended and the returns are already filed, i think the saral forms are stamped and returned to employers.
HO wll calculate your salary based on Total Earnings.

Thanks for your reply.

I was wondering, by just printing the payslip on letter head will do....OR I need to duly signed by finance and seal it.?

I would provide the bank statement as well. And highlight that it is the net payable...

Also do I have to get the letter from the accountant for the gross salary figure.?
