EXPEDITE REQUEST

I am wanting to know if anyone has had the experience of writing an EXPEDITE REQUEST to the AIT in order to gain an earlier hearing date?????

Gosh I am really eager to get started, however I want it to get a result that is favourable.

Please help!!

I gather with the lack of response to this post that nobody knows the answer well, I do now!!!!

I have wrote to the AIT judges and requested this action, as long as your circumstances are of a compassionate/compelling nature.

I have been told that my letter is now awaiting judges instructions and was supported by a doctors letter along with a letter from the hospital.

Fingers crossed!!!!

Why do you want an expedite hearing?.

because of the impact it is having on my family, and my health has deteriorated!!!!!

and of course our kids, 1 of them especially!!
