I currently hold a HSMP which is due to exp in October2009 and I will be renewing under Tier 1.
One point I am confused about is the previous earning bit.
I have worked from March 2008 to Jan 2009 for company A and was made redundant end of January with payment in lieu of notice for feb.
I was joined company B in April 2009 and still with them.
I have my Visa appointment in September - in which case I plan to show earning up to August 2009.
what I am confused about is this :
1) Should I include the earning from Sept 2008 to August 2009, which will have the 2 months of me being unemployed
OR
Am I allowed to consider the 2 months prior to sept2008 to make up for the difference?
2) Can I add the holiday payment which I was paid for holidays not taken during my employment in Company A
3) Can I also consider the Payment in lieu that I was paid for Feb 2009 when I was made redundant.
I am struggling to get the right point to get my visa, I need 25 or more.
