Yes you can , contact any solicitor, a friend of mine did the same while he is waiting decision of CCL . He aplied case via one solicitor his name is Mr.sahi and number 07977517831.

On what grounds u will do that. If you are from CCL then wait untill u get the decision which is expected this month.
