Earling before full time study and the processing time

I finished my master from Australia in January, 2009. In this case, can I show my earning before I started my master in Australia? I am planning to apply Tier 1 (General) outside UK in end of coming August.
Also how long does it take to process the Tier 1 (General) if I apply from outside UK?

For earning points you can use any 12consecutive months in the last 15months and u need to check if the no. of hours you can work during/bfore masters is Ok to be claimed and hope u have Payslips and bankstatements to prove them

Processing time depends from where u r applying..outside uk..
from india - anywhere btw 2-3weeks/sometimes 4-5days also
Oz - wait for others to chip in..
