Applied on thrusday, received refusal letter on tue. when I called on monday to confirm receipt of my fax. they said they have received it and it will be processed and on tue I received letter. It was too fast indeed.

Complain it to BBC Watchdog.

HO should stop playing with people's career. I won't be surprised if it reveals that they decide a case by tossing coin.

Guys,

Here are the events:

1) Thrusday after noon - Faxed the review request.
2) Friday afternoon - Checked with the HO whether received or not.
I was told that they still can't see anything in their system and asked
me to call on monday.
3) Called on Monday - I was told that they have received it and decision
yet to be made.
4)Tuesday morning my wife called me at office and informed me that she has received refusal letter with same reasion. The date on the letter was 01 October 2005 (Saturday)

==> The number of pages in review request letter was 3. Do you think that they might have read it and reviewed my experience. if yes then when. (I mean which day)

I know you probably dont want to do this, but have you thought about just making a new application to enhance your specialist experience? is that what they keep getting hung up on? AT least you have that option, Im done and cant reapply because I passed 28.
