Tier 1 Dependant application [for new born baby in UK]

Dear Friends

I have applied for dependant Tier 1 visa for my baby [born in UK] from UK 3 weeks ago and application fees has been debited from my bank immediately after my application, however I haven't receive any PBS reference number from HO yet, that makes me little bit worry.

Is anyone know whether we should be receiving PBS reference number for dependant application [applied separately] or not?

Is there any email address or contact number to enquire about the dependant visa status? Thanks in advance for you response.

push can you please tell me what i can do,as i get extension on 27th june,my baby born on 6th june 2009,i cant have his passport by 27th,so can i apply after having his passport with all maintenence of fund including his too?
