Query related to TIER1-GENERAL DEPENDANT

Hi,
I am in UK since last 1.5 yrs and got my TIER1-GENERAL in the month of june which is valid till june,2012.
So if someone had similar case who working here and his/her dependendant apply from India, then please answer:-
1) What are the min balance required? Is it 1600 or 533£?
2) I have to show 3 month bank statement or 6 month?
3) What other documents required from my side while my wife will file the application for dependant?
4) How much tim it take to process?
5) Is marriage certificate sufficient OR have to show marriage photos and invitation card as well?

1.you are here for over 1 year so it would be £533. But check guidance too.
2. Three months for maintenance funds.
3. Marriage Certificate,House Rental Agreement.
4. Depends on the workload of VFS in India. Maybe 2-3 weeks or less.
5. Marriage certificate is sufficient. You can add photos and invitation card for your peace of mind.

thanks for reply but i contact india customer care 2 times and their statements are contradictionary.
One person said 533£ and other said as you not on hsmp since last one year so you have to show 1600£.
Confused............can someone please tell where can i confirm it?

HSMP is a close book now. It's only Tier-1 now. I would recommend you to check guidance notes. It is £533 for people who are in UK for over 12 months.

£533 is for incountry dependents applications..

U dont need any letter from company for dependent visa.. u just need to prove the mainteannce, relation marriage certificate or birth certificate, utility bills and

accomodation yes is required.. u can show any agreement or letter from your owner something like that..

Question on Utility bills- Till date i was staying with my friend/colleague and was sharing the accommodation, now I have taken a 2 bed flat as I will be applying for my wife n kid next month when i visit India. Question is I have not paid the council tax yet however i have paid my water bill (bill on my name) & have got BT phone connection on my name as well. Water & BT phone bill would be sufficient or council tax is a must for which I am calling the council tomorrow but just want to clarify whether only RENTAL agreement is enough or not OR Do I need utility bills as well?
