I have atleast 7years of working experience. i do not know what sort of earning i need to show.

With the recent changes in the Tier1(G) for educational points you need to have Masters degree to qualify;

The minimum qualification for T1 is Masters degree and BE wont give you sufficient points... just go through the links suggested by Ramesh..
