Question about Bank statement attested copy by bank

I am applying for my visa extenstion for Tier 1 but I am still waiting for my last month orignal bank statement by post and I just have 17 days for my visa to expire. So I had gone to the bank and asked them to print me the bank statement and attesed it for me
They had print the bank statement for me

This bank statement also include my details at top i.e.
account no
sort code
my name:

One problem is that the my name is "Faisal Ali Khan" but on the banks statement it says Khan FA is it acceptable?

Other problem is that the paper of this bank statememt is a letter head it has the bank name and logo at the top and address details at bottom
A person in a bank has also put bank stamp on the all pages of bank statement and also right at the first page that

"I here by assure that this is a true copy of statement of Mr Khan's account"

he has written his name, emplyee no and phone no at the first page of bank statement and also signed all the pages
Is this statement will be enough for my last month salary and maintanence proof or should i wait for orignal bank statement which will arrive just 8 days before my visa expires

Khan: i shd say that you are lucky to come across such a patient n kind bank manager.. he did all he can.. with the signed/stamped bankstatement you are ready to go..

BUT if u want to be more confident.. u can wait for the ORIGINAL but keep in mind the postal strike going on now..

It is absolutely fine to have the name as Mr. Khan FA when your name is Faisal Ali Khan. I myself was in a similar situation and I explained it in the covering letter. And it is a very British way of making an Initial out of First name and addressing with Mr or Ms. Surname.
And I agree with Ramesh here, the Bank manager has given the best he could and the best you could expect. All the best and keep us updated.
