dependent's extension

dependent's extension

Hi All,
I am applying for my extension under Tier 1 and my wife's extension as a dependent. I dont have my wife's name in my passport, but she does. Is this going to be an issue?

The most important doc for spouse dependent visa is the ORIGINAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE and if you can provide that along with other standard required docs for dependent you will be fine..

Nope. It is fine. It could be just a case when you received your passport before marriage and she might have received after. But in any case it is fine.
