B27 Occupation

Hi,

1. I am currently under Post study worker, and my current visa will run out next February. But I have enrned enough to apply for Tier 1 now. Is it ok to appy now?

2. I was a technical assistant, now an administrator and IT support, what should I select as my occupation in B27?
