Daughter would like to join former asylum seekers, possible?

Hi,

My family has migrated to the UK 5 years ago as asylum seekers and they have already received status and now they have got citizenship.

I leave in the country where they have migrated from and I don't have UK visa\citizenship, but I would very much like to join my parents along with my husband.

Can we apply for visa\citizenship under EEA FAMILY PERMIT ???

primarily I thought to apply for a UK Tier-1 (General Visa) since I've MS.C in Physics, but now I think that applying for EEA FAMILY PERMIT would be faster and easier.

What do you think???

EEA FP is a UK Entry Clearance for Family Members of EU nationals, other than British citizens. UNLESS the British citizen has previously exercised their treaty rights in another EU country and have returned to the UK under the Surinder Singh ruling.
That apart, you have a husband. So how can you prove dependency on this UK family of yours? You would have to!
UK Tier 1 is the way to go, if you qualify for it. You will only be able to go the UK under the UK national immigration rules. EEA route doesn't apply to you, I'm afraid.
