Call 0870 606 7766 (UKBA) and seek the advice.sashi1979 wrote:Hi,
My husband has his own work permit and has been working in the UK for less than 1 year. I moved to the UK on the new rules of HSMP Tier 1 in General category.
My question is can my husband switch from his Work permit visa into my Tier 1 visa as a dependent ?
Can he apply for a tier 1 dependent visa from within the UK ? or should he go back to home country ?
Please clarify if you have an idea.
Thanks
Sashi.
I agree with you. I think you husband have to go back to apply as a dependent.rizwan567 wrote:Call 0870 606 7766 (UKBA) and seek the advice.sashi1979 wrote:Hi,
