New Born Dependent Visa query

Dear All

I am on PSW Visa that is valid for next one year. My nationality is Indian. My son born in July'09 in UK. I know that I need to register him in Indian consulate and apply for his Indian passport.....

My question is...I am going to apply Tier 1 General visa (Initial application) in Jan 09...does my son need visa (PSW dependent) on his Indian passport when i apply his Tier 1 dependent visa..
