Tax Return Proof?

Hi All

Do we need to submit Tax returns Proof with the TIER 1 Application. I have not read anywhere such kind of requirement but seen people submitting tax returns proof.
If it is required then is it just current financial year or last one as well?
My salary slips show the tax deducted and I have P60 as well but I donot have any HMRC document.

Please advice.

for earnings proof for employees..

u just need to submit ORIGINAL payslips and bankstatements where the net amoutns are matching exactly
