Can I remove irrelevant section pages from my application

I am applying for Tier 1 (General), the booklet consists of 66 pages. Of them there are many irrelevant pages, for example

1. Help instruction pages around 10 pages
2. There are 3 sections 3A, 3B, 3C each of around 10-12 pages. As I am
applying for Tier 1, only Section 3A is relevant to me, the other two
sections are totally irrelevant.
3. I am applying personally, there are pages that need to be filled if a
third party does this for me.

All in all there are nearly 25-30 pages which are irrelevant. Can I exclude the below from the booklet and only send the pages relevant to my application, or should I send the whole booklet (which is making the application heavy).

The other thing is that, I have taken print out (double sided) in such a manner that each section starts in a new page. So, there are some blank pages, at the end of each section, would that be a problem.

Did anybody had done something as above. Members, can you throw light on this issue, as I don’t want to take any risk, please respond.

1. You have to send complete form even if some sections are irrelevant to you.

2. Print out on individual section(double sided) is fine. Make sure you collate them properly before sending them.
