after hearing

Post by akgunozsoy » Mon Aug 17, 2009 1:10 pm

my tier-1 switching application was rejected because of insufficient maintenance funds. i did an appeal with my solicitor and showed more documents which proves that i have enough funds.

court accepted my appeal and i have received the letter last week.

what should i do now? just wait for home office to ask for my passports again.

some people say to wait 6 weeks, some 4 months!!

how can i speed up this process?
any experiences?

the point is i an unable to leave uk :(
is there any way to get temporary travel visas?

cheers
