Proof of accomodation for dependant visas

Hi,

I am on Tier2 here and now want to get my family too. I know i have to give proof of accomodation for my family to the british embassy in pakistan. Now my question is, whats needed for this proof of accomodation?

1. My house rent agreement?
2. BT bills?

What else? please help me.

1. U utility bills, rental agreemnt, Council tax bill (The most important).
2. Also if there is enough space avaialble for u dependents (Another important factor).

i will add even a letter from Landlord if you are sharing the accomodation and would wish to continue to stay there after ur family arrives again like point 2. if there is enough space for ur n landlord family
