Help Needed - 9 months since EC

Post by kamee » Sun Oct 16, 2005 4:26 am

hi everyone,

i got my EC cleared 9 months back but couldnot go to UK due to very pressing circumstances at my current job. I need someone's advice now, am I still in with a chance to get some job in just 3 months, and if i doesn't and can't get myself economically active, then how do you rate the prospects of getting further 3 years extension which will be due in another 3 months?
Your comments/suggestions will be appreciated. thanks

Yes you can get extension so long as your demonstrate economic activity in your 3 months!!!

Chess,
I understand you have 3 (or 6) months since EC to enter the UK....9 months is too much isn't it?

There have been one or two on this forum who have come after 8 months and recieved their FLR extension. The extension is unlikely to be for the full 3 years, thats depends on the case worker.

Thank you everyone who replied to my query. I am going to UK next month to give it a try. You will hear soon from me in near future about my job hunt & offcourse FLR. Thanks once again. :)
