Opportunities for a Statistical/Data Mining Analyst

Hi,

I plan to move to the UK on a Tier 1 (General) Visa this year. I have a little over 2 years of experience in the Data Analytics field and the job role I have worked in is that of Statistical/Data Mining Analyst. I have done a lot of customer profiling exercises and Econmetric modeling related to marketing with extensive use of SAS.

I wanted to know about the current opportunities in the UK in this field. Can any one tell me which are the companies I should apply to or which websites I should post my resume in? It would be great if any of you can suggest some contacts to facilitate my job search.

Hi Adhirajp,
There are several jobsites for software related jobs like jobserve, monster uk. I feel the UK market is showing signs of opening up, so surely give a try. UK needs techie like you guys.
