I have a question about the same thing

If a person both work and have his own company and if he is not going to retain his profit in company account instead receiving dividend voucher and if he does not salaried by his own company what kind of a second evidence should be declared besides dividend voucher for his earnings of his own company.
Basically two kind of previous earnings
1.wages+bonus for salaried employment (as evidence pay slip+bank statement)
2.dividend payment by own company (dividend voucher + ???? second evidence)

Could you pls explain it as simple as possible, pls. The more I read the more i am confusing.

Regards
Merci

It is not clear to me what you are saying. So the company declares a dividend. Does the money leave the company and go to the shareholder? Or does it just get credited to the Director's Loan account?

the net profit is leaving the company account and goes into the person's personal account

i do understand dividen voucher, bank statement and share proportion letter by accountant should be given
but what kind of a document should be given which is going to evidencing
that the person in charge of day to day management

it is all very complicated

No, you don't have to have salary as a director, it's just financially stupid not to pay yourself at least the minimum if you have no PAYE income elsewhere.
Good luck !

thanks to all, there is a few more questions
pls let me know I skipped any details about dividend payment documentation.

1. how they decide if the person is active in day-to-day management or not according which documents they decide about that matter

2. according my understanding only for dividend earnings should give

a-dividend voucher
b-personal bank statement
c-item 141 vii-invoice expelanations or payment summaries from the applicant's managing agent or account

but what about the item 145 title of
'Self employed earnings within a business or company structure'

If the applicant is not the sole shareholder of the company he/she should also provide

- a letter from his/her accountant confirming his/her shareholding and the proportion of net profit before tax to which he/she is entitled for the earnings period claimed.

I think i should prepare this documents too. Is there any document I skipped.

Regards,
Merci
