MALAYSIAN MARRIED TO UK NATIONAL - APPLYING SPOUSE VISA

Hi,

Me and my fiancee known each other from internet for almost 2 years. We start to be together since Sep 2008 and communicate thru chatting and cam everyday(I wonder this would affect the application). In Jul I tried to go for a 6mths holiday without getting a visa cos I saw the news saying Malaysian can go UK for holiday without visa for 6mths. But unfortunately I got rejected and deported back cos of unsufficient prove to say that I'm going for holiday. Then my fiancee immediately decided to come visit me last month. He came for 2 weeks and he proposed to me when he reached. We did all the procedure to get married in Malaysia and he will come next month for the marriage. In my situation I need advice on how to apply for UK spouse visa and what are the requirements? Can I apply immediately after we register?

Need advice asap. Thank you.
