i feel like killing my self cos of home office.

i have been genuinely studying in united kingdom for the past 7 years and recently my visa was refused. the reason was simple last year i had applied for the PGS. if this is the case with me whats the use of studying in this country, betta to be illegal immigrants. This country doesnt know a value for a true and faithfull person. They prefer all the illegal immigrants and asulym seekers here. i gues the day is not far away wen this country will be one of the poorest in the world.

Yeh God bless this country, some of us love it.If you dont like the way you are being treated,then you know what to do.....pack your bags and search for your destinity in a country that welcomes you,loads of people are doing it on a daily basis.

By the way my best friend is a doctor and he is awaiting his asylum appeal,so dont assume all asylum seekers are uneducated money grabbers from some poor third world country

well gues im sick of this things right now.. going through lot of stress..im planning to leave but my partner is having a 7 months old son and she will be back to work soon. secondly i dont want anyone accusing me for no reason so i want to fight back. its my right and they cant stop that from me. well im well educated and im pretty sure i can get a job over back home so not a big deal but i wont take shitt from HO. im not a criminal or fraudster....

well well well thats wat they are... i know so many ppl like that they get all the benefits in this country for no reason. if your mate is a doctor ask him to apply for work permit. its 100 percent quaranted....
earn and live like a king not like a bed bug sucking the blood...

As for my Dr friend, he would dearly love to work, but like you HO regs dont allow him because if he could then I am sure he would, and would bring a lot of benefit to the country , unlikes the likes of you, who just moan and whinge about everything

it not worth killing urself for. u need to fight them that is the only way out.

one of the mistake pple make is to assume there is a ho satlite watching all those on limited live to remain so they think if they are nice, work 70hrs aweek pay lots of taxes etc then the ho is bound to see how good a citizen they wud be WRONG. it about knowing the system, be current listen to news listen to other pples experiences so you know how to follow and interpret thier rule.

from personal experience i have friend who have learnt this the hard way.

We often say when you have nothing to say to support your claim, you start talking rubbish.

If you believe that HO has made a mistake, then you must fight back and resolve the issue rather than killing yourself or leaving unnecessary comments.

Please note that it's an immigration forum, not battle field.

You chose to come to this country yourself and now let HO choose.

Perhaps you should look at the reasons why it has been refused and channel your anger in to putting rectifying the decision to a positive one.

Look at all of the different avenues!!!...if all else fails, then you are educated enough to go anywhere in the world, get a job and settle there.

You have really ruffled some feathers on here....and I suggest you take this experience and go do something else other than upsetting people!!!!!!

and my misses to would like to work as a doc, thou because she was orginally from outside the EU and married to a brit, the GMC make her take exams first, so after 4yrs of being in the UK , now she is a british citizen, hopefully next month she can start to apply for jobs as a doc.

at least your friend, i think can apply for free registration, training etc.
