ILR-ON LOST passports

hi i am applying for ILR- work permit 5years category, however i had lost my passports, which i informed all the authorities and than got the ID card from home office, i need to know whether this would be a problem in the interview or not, secondly my employer had last year extended my work permit but had the salary to 18,000 and after a month he paid me 15,000 i have asked him to give me the letter where he had informed work permits uk, i have the following documents with me:

2 p60s
6 months wages slips
1 years bank statement
utility bills,
workpermits papers
letter from employer stating salary and days i have been out of country on holiday
house title deed
copies of old passport work permit pages
police report

please if someone can advice me ! will be greatful

If you lost passport, why don't get it new from your respective embassy and get your current visa stamped on it or atleast get passport from your embassy. I think you would need a passport to get an ILR too.
