Dear All

My wife (dependant) completed 2 years and can I include her for ILR under HSMP JR.

Any information appreciated.

Some one in this forum told earlier that his spouse got ILR with him though she did not complete 4 years time periods.

More over, according to HO JR policy document spouse/dependants will be followed by main applicant to get ILR .

But in case of BC she has to wait to complete 5 years time periods.

Regads.

Yes, add her in the application as your dependent. If you get ILR she will get it automatically for granted. As she is your dependent, I have seen cases dependents getting ILR just after 1-2 months of their arrival in UK.

Hope this clarifies.
