What does"ATTENTION VISA WRITER" mean

Could someone please tell me what "visa writer" mean.

Where did you come across that?

It is written on a letter from BHC Islamabad, Pakistan, asking me to do a fresh TB certificate while the phrse " Attention visa writer" is written at the bottom and is actually directed to Gerry's who is acting the delivery service for BHC. Actually I applied for Tier 1 on 18th Feb 09 and it has taken 6 months in Abu Dhabi where our application are sent by BHC Islamabad and now i have been told is in BHC Islamabad. I hope now u understand what context it has been said.

I really dont understand that. Does that mean you need to send your new TB report to VISA writer through Gerry?

The ATTENTION message is for Gerry's and they have to write on my evelope and so in the embassy the letter will be hand over to the visa writer section.
