Help in Filling Tier-1 (General) Application

I have the following questions in the application:

1. In page 19, they ask about Identity Card for Foreign Nationals. I currently don't have this as I had come to UK 3 years back on a work permit. - help me in filling this section as i cannot skip this section.

2. I have a degree listed in NARIC (Anna university, chennai, India). Is it required to attach a letter for the requirement os the english language or is it sufficient to send the degree certificate alone?

Please help me by answering this quesions. I planned to send my application within a week time

1. You can Ignore this.. N/A

2. If the PBS calculator is giving poitns for your degree certificate for english language when you select your educational degree.. then u dont need to provide any letters.. just send the ORIGINAL Degree certificate.. Hope you have Masters Degree for ur Educational points qualification..
