Submitting a dependent renewal after the main application

Hi there , any advice appreciated - i 've recently submitted my hsmp renewal under tier 1 and awaiting payment deduction + application start.

Could i still submit my dependants application now or do i have to wait for me to receive my renewal application back and then apply.

Can i cancel my application and resend it together with my dependants?

Can i modify my application to include this new data?

You can call your bank and ask them to decline payment request from HO. As soon as payment is declined, HO will invalidate the application and send you the application asking you to provide correct payment. You can then include dependent's details/evidence and reapply. Once "your" payment is deducted your application will be considered and you cannot cancel it than.
