BANK STATEMENT - REG TUITION FEE

Post by SUNIL DITTO » Wed Sep 09, 2009 11:10 am

HI

Regarding the bank statement , if my full tuition fee will be paid in terms of bank loan & the banker has released DEPOSIT amount to the university ( for eg.. GBP 2500 /- has been paid to the university out of the total amont of GBP 9750 /- & the balance amount shall be paid to the university on arrival in the UK ).

In this case is it ok that I show the bank loan approval letter from the banker as an evidence stating that the total amount of tuition fee has been sactioned as part of a educational loan .

So that in my bank statement can i show only the amount required for the maintenace & accomodation? Is that ok?

Kindly anyone advice pls. Thanks & regards.

Yes you can but this letter should be according to Tier4 Guideline.

Hi Sunil

Here is link for Tier4 Guideline.

http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/siteco ... idance.pdf

Read page 14 Paragraph 34 for more detail.

Also read link from home office web site.

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/study ... -of-money/

Here is regarding letter

Letter from a financial institution confirming a loan

The financial institution must be regulated by either the Financial Services Authority or, in the case of overseas accounts, the home regulator (that is, the official regulator for the country that the institution is in and where the money is held).

Your letter from the financial institution should show:

* your name, or the name of the child's parent(s) or legal guardian(s) if applicable in the case of a child student;
* the date of the letter;
* the financial institution's name and logo; and
* the money (or funds) available as a loan.
