visa appeal in high court!!

Hi all,

It has been quite long time now since I sent my case to high court...
could anyone please tell me how long can it take to hear back from high court???
I had HSMP extension declined due to insufficient maintainence funds...tribunal refused my case as well...now in high court....
I am extremely worried now....please someone advise...

is it for request for reconsideration or judicial review?

If reconsideration then it shouldnt take long.

For JR, well all depends on waiting times, availibility of judges and most importantly how you prepared the application/bundle. There is always an urgent treatment form. Best to phone the courts
