If you search the board you will see that people have got leave in your circumstances. Naturalisation will be a different matter though and people have been refused in your circumstances.

You case does not reach the threshold for your matter to be referred to the Criminal Casework team. If you are a persistent offender, they might do that, but if it is a one of offence, i don't think you will be penalised for it.
